What is Sheevook?
Sheevook is one place to do your marketing, for any business or organization. You write a post once and it rewrites it for each platform you use, schedules it, and publishes it through your own connected accounts. Replies and reviews land in one list, and it reports which posts brought clicks, sign-ups and sales.
How is Sheevook different from Buffer or Hootsuite?
A scheduler posts the same text everywhere. Sheevook rewrites one idea into a post that fits each platform and checks every draft before it goes out. It answers comments, messages and Google reviews from one list, and judges results by sign-ups and sales rather than likes. You can bring your scheduled posts across from a Buffer or Hootsuite export.
Do I need my own AI account to use Sheevook?
No. AI is built in, and there is nothing to sign up for or paste in. Your plan includes a monthly allowance of AI generations. When it runs out, rules-based tailoring keeps every post fitting its platform at no charge, so nothing stops working.
Which platforms can Sheevook publish to?
Sheevook tailors content for 21 platforms: X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, Threads, Bluesky, Discord, Telegram, Pinterest, Snapchat, Tumblr, Hacker News, WhatsApp, Craigslist, Angi, Google Business Profile, Mastodon, and SMS. It publishes through real account connections to 17 of them: Reddit, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, Tumblr, TikTok, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Hacker News, Discord, Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and SMS. On TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube a post is an image or a video by definition, so those publish only when you attach creative. Snapchat, WhatsApp, Craigslist, and Angi stops at review and export, because its organic API is not open to us.
Does Sheevook write and generate my content?
Yes. Sheevook helps you generate content and works with you to shape it: you bring the idea and your brand’s real details, and it drafts, tailors, and sharpens the words natively for every platform. The copy it publishes is your own, and Sheevook never adds an 'AI-generated' label to the text of a post. It never fabricates facts, reviews, or testimonials, and most of the work runs on rules rather than AI, so it stays fully usable with no AI at all. AI-generated images or video stay flagged as AI through publishing and are declared to platforms as each one’s disclosure field is wired in (TikTok and YouTube today; Instagram’s API offers no such field yet), but that never applies to the words.
How does Sheevook measure whether marketing is working?
Sheevook ranks results on outcomes, not vanity metrics. It connects to your analytics and reports on the highest tier it can actually prove (revenue, then conversions, then clicks), and it labels engagement and reach as proxies rather than passing them off as results. A learning loop feeds what genuinely worked back into future content.
How does Sheevook know which posts drove signups?
Sheevook attributes signups through its own short links and a small conversion snippet. When a post links to your site, Sheevook wraps the link in an owned short link, so clicks attribute to that exact post with no setup on your side. To close the loop to signups and revenue, your site posts a short conversion event (or asks a one-line 'how did you hear about us?' question) so Sheevook can tie a signup back to the post that earned it. Until you add that, you still get click attribution automatically.
Will content from Sheevook get cited by ChatGPT and AI search?
Sheevook is built to make your content citable by AI answer engines. It scores every draft for citation-readiness (answer-first structure, sourced statistics, non-promotional tone), audits the pages of your own site it has actually read and names the ones missing a title, a description, a heading structure, structured data, or enough substance to quote, and steers your GEO effort to the surfaces engines really crawl and quote, like your blog, Reddit, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The site audit is advisory: it tells you what to fix and never edits or publishes anything on your site.
Does Sheevook send email newsletters?
Yes, with the Email marketing add-on: campaigns, automations, segments and double opt-in sign-up forms, sent from your own verified domain. It is priced by list size, from $12 a month billed monthly for 500 contacts, and less billed yearly. Unsubscribes and your postal address are handled on every send.
Is Sheevook for nonprofits and community groups?
Yes. A donation made through Stripe counts as a result, next to the post that brought it, and volunteer or newsletter sign-ups on your own site are traced the same way. A report for your board goes behind a link you can revoke. Nonprofits use the same plans as everyone else, and the Free plan has no time limit.
Can I take my data with me if I leave?
Yes. You can export everything on any plan, even after you cancel, and there is no contract to break. Moving in works too: a Buffer or Hootsuite CSV export becomes a plan you review before anything is saved.
