One idea. Every platform. On brand.
Sheevook turns one post into a whole campaign. Write it once. We shape it to fit X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and more, then schedule supported channels and show you what drove clicks, conversions, and revenue.

Launching one-click CSV import. Bring your data in without the column-mapping headache.
One-click CSV import is live. No mapping, no cleanup, just your data ready to work.
We kept hearing the same thing: getting your data in was the worst part of week one. So we rebuilt import from scratch. One click. No column mapping, no cleanup script. Your spreadsheet is ready to work with in seconds, not an afternoon.
We rebuilt CSV import because the old one made you map every column by hand, and that is where most people quit halfway through setup. The new version reads your header row, matches what it recognizes, and flags what it cannot instead of guessing. Nothing is written until you have looked at the plan and approved it. Happy to answer questions about how the matching works.

No synthetic reviews, no invented numbers. Every platform rule traces to documented research, 13 quality gates run on every draft, and results are ranked on outcomes like clicks, signups, and revenue, never vanity impressions.
One loop, start to finish
Each step feeds the next, and the results teach the next round of drafts.
Create
Write one master post: the idea, not eight copies.
Approve
Review and sign off before anything goes out.
Tailor
Auto-adapt tone, length, and hashtags per platform.
Schedule
Queue every variant for its best time slot.
Publish
Post through supported real connections; export-ready elsewhere.
Analyze
See which posts drove clicks, conversions, and revenue, not just reach.
Not just scheduled. Graded, published, proven.
Most tools stop at a caption box and a calendar. Sheevook grades the writing before it ships, publishes it natively, and tells you which post actually drove the signup.
It catches the weak line before you ship it
Every draft is graded by deterministic lenses that flag boring, generic, hard-to-read, or unconvincing copy, and a near-duplicate is blocked from publishing outright. They run offline, on every draft, for free.
- Flags filler, vagueness, and unreadable copy as you write
- Blocks a near-copy from going out across platforms
- No AI key needed, the floor is deterministic
- Substance88
- Veracity1 figure to verify

Approve once. Every channel goes out on time.
Sheevook slots each platform’s post into a sensible time and publishes it for real through your connected account. No connection means an honest error, never a fake success.
- Best-time slotting, per platform
- One approval covers every channel
- Real API publishing, with what the platform actually returned
See which post drove the signup, not just the likes
Every post gets its own short link, so clicks attribute automatically. Add one snippet and those clicks tie to real signups. Content is ranked on the highest outcome it can prove, never on vanity reach.
- An owned short link on every post
- Clicks tied to signups and revenue
- Impressions are labelled a proxy, never a result
Built on a spine most tools skip
Strategy under every post
You do not need to be a marketer. Tell it who you sell to and what makes you different, and every draft is grounded in that, plus where the reader is in deciding, so the AI reasons from your business instead of inventing a generic one.
Honest publishing
Connect an account and posts go out for real. No connection, no fake success. AI-generated media stays flagged as AI from creation through publishing, and there are no synthetic reviews or rented accounts.
Organic and paid in one place
Plan campaigns and ad formats across every network next to the organic posts they amplify, from the same canonical idea.
Tailored natively for all 15 platforms
Each channel gets its own voice, length, and format, not one caption resized fifteen ways. The argument each platform makes, the brand facts it makes it with, and how it closes are assigned before the draft is written, so a fan-out spreads instead of repeating itself.

Direct publishing is live for 14 of them: Reddit, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, Tumblr, TikTok, Pinterest, Bluesky, Hacker News, Discord, Telegram, Instagram, YouTube. On TikTok (a video, or images), Pinterest (an image), Instagram (an image or a video) and YouTube (a video) a post is creative by definition, not text, so those publish only once the image or video exists, and each is gated on an approval you win with your own developer app. Snapchat: review and export only, until the organic API opens beyond an allowlist.
It only calls something a result if it can prove it
Impressions and likes say a post was seen. They do not say it was worth publishing. Sheevook ranks your content on the highest rung it can actually evidence, and it tells you which rung it is standing on.
- OutcomeRevenueMoney your connected analytics attributes to the post. The only rung nobody argues with.
- OutcomeConversionsSignups and trials tied back to the post through its own short link plus your conversion snippet.
- OutcomeClicksReal visits from the post’s owned short link. Attributed automatically, with nothing to install.
- ProxyEngagementLikes, saves, reach. The fallback when nothing above it has evidence yet, and always labelled as the proxy it is.
A rung has to be backed by at least 3 posts that actually moved it before anything is ranked on it. One converting post is an anecdote. When only the bottom rung has evidence, the dashboard says so and the learning loop says so in the prompt, because a proxy passed off as a result is worse than no signal at all: it is the one that gets acted on.
Everyone sells execution. Almost nobody decides what to say.
Schedulers, AI writers, and even the “AI CMO” tools hand strategy back to you. Sheevook grounds every post in a real positioning, enforces native distinctness and anti-generic quality, and ties it to an owned conversion path, with the remaining gaps shown plainly.
Common questions
What is Sheevook?
Sheevook is a research-driven marketing command center for software products. You write a post once, and it auto-tailors that post natively for each social platform, schedules it, publishes through real account connections, and then reports which posts actually drove clicks, conversions, and revenue.
How is Sheevook different from Buffer or Hootsuite?
Sheevook tailors one master idea into a native post per platform instead of reposting the same text everywhere, and it grades every draft on a strategy layer (positioning, customer journey, and citation-readiness) before you publish. Schedulers move posts; Sheevook decides what to say and proves what worked on revenue, not vanity engagement.
Do I need to bring my own AI API key to use Sheevook?
No, and there is nowhere in Sheevook to paste one. AI is built in and managed for you: your plan includes a monthly allowance of AI generations, and deterministic tailoring is the floor that keeps working with no AI at all. You never configure a provider or enter an API key on your side, and every feature degrades gracefully whether AI is on or off.
Which platforms can Sheevook publish to?
Sheevook tailors content for 15 platforms: X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, Threads, Bluesky, Discord, Telegram, Pinterest, Snapchat, Tumblr, and Hacker News. It publishes through real account connections to 14 of them: Reddit, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, Tumblr, TikTok, Pinterest, Bluesky, Hacker News, Discord, Telegram, Instagram, and YouTube. On TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube a post is an image or a video by definition, so those publish only when you attach creative. Snapchat stops at review and export, because its organic API is not open to us.
Does Sheevook write and generate my content?
Yes. Sheevook helps you generate content and works with you to shape it: you bring the idea and your brand’s real details, and it drafts, tailors, and sharpens the words natively for every platform. The copy it publishes is your own, and Sheevook never adds an 'AI-generated' label to the text of a post. It never fabricates facts, reviews, or testimonials, and most of the work is deterministic, so it stays fully usable with no AI at all. AI-generated images or video stay flagged as AI through publishing and are declared to platforms as each one’s disclosure field is wired in (TikTok and YouTube today; Instagram’s API offers no such field yet), but that never applies to the words.
